We are currently recruiting for the position of:

Order Coordinator - Roseville, CA

The Order Coordinator monitors and controls the computer systems and processes data in accordance with established procedures and schedules to enable the Distribution Centers to process orders efficiently.  Distributes reports and communicates with management and stores on problem orders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

        Sets up pulling schedules for store orders

        Reviews, inputs, and releases orders for processing

        Processes special orders for stores

        Researches/troubleshoots issues with order flow 

        Provides support for stores on inquiries regarding order issues (communication via telephone, email, etc)

        Provides reporting to warehouse management and procurement staff

        Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

        Intermediate Excel skills

        Good verbal and written communication

        Good problem solving skills

        Ability to work with minimal supervision under strict timelines

        Knowledge of Unix operating system and database functionality

Education: High School Diploma (or G.E.D.)

Experience: One year of related experience

Other: Must be available to work variable/rotating shifts

Physical: Basic office and store environment:  ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 40 lbs
